Clare L. Martin serves as the Executive Director of the Vermilion Council on Aging (VCOA), where she leads with a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for senior citizens across Vermilion Parish. Under her leadership, VCOA has strengthened its role as a vital community resource—expanding services such as home-delivered meals, caregiver support, and innovative transportation initiatives designed to reduce isolation and improve access to essential care.
