Clare L. Martin serves as the Executive Director of the Vermilion Council on Aging (VCOA), where she leads with a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for senior citizens across Vermilion Parish. With a strong background in human services and community leadership, Clare is dedicated to building programs that promote independence, dignity, and meaningful connection for older adults.

Under her leadership, VCOA has strengthened its role as a vital community resource—expanding services such as home-delivered meals, caregiver support, and innovative transportation initiatives designed to reduce isolation and improve access to essential care. Clare is particularly passionate about ensuring that seniors who have spent their lives contributing to their communities continue to feel valued, supported, and engaged.
